The self talk we have about every situation and issue are part of the positive thinking phrases in our mind.
Those pharases and words can be either positive or negative and they directly affect our mind. They are influenced by habit patters and subconscious thoughts that we are not aware of.
Many people have said it, the way we think is who we are. And although we know what we think, we dont know the way we think. We dont know if our thoughs are positive or negative and scientis say that people that have negative thoughs are more vulnerable to suffer periods of depression than those with positive outlooks. Dr. Norman Vincent Peale in his 1952 book, The Power of Positive Thinking said that one should belief in ones self and faith in God.
Using positive phrases on a consistent basis is a very effective way to train our mind to think positive. If we usually have a negative mind, the repetition on those positive phrases can help us change our mindsets from negative thoughs. You have to reframe your phrases, for example: "its too difficult to do it" change it for "This should be simple, i will just do it".
Evaluate the way you think, hear the voice inside you, when you have a challenge or difficulty what do you say to your self? are you being negative or positive?

Our habits come from what we have learned over the years from our parents and as childs so it will not be simple to get rid of bad behavious and negative thoughts. Just reframe you netagive thoughs to positve ones and you will soon feel a better person and more positive.
